WhistleblowingDespe s.p.a., in compliance with D.Lgs. 30 March 2023, n. 24 (c.d. Whistleblowing Decree) has established an internal reporting channel that allows you to report, in writing or orally, in strict confidentiality, violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions, of which the reporting agents have become aware within their working context inside the Company.
The reports are addressed and managed by a subject inside the company, autonomous and specifically trained in the matter, in compliance with and in the protection of absolute confidentiality relating to the identity of the reporters and the content of the reports.
