Valentino

The challenge of this work, in Old Bond Street in central London, was to shear and demolish the interior staircases, all 5 floors and the façade of the Valentino building, at the same time as the new construction works, all without disturbing the neighbourhood and guaranteeing business as usual. The entire demolition plan was designed to allow the construction company to perform its work. This project was in the shortlist for the ‘World Demolition Awards’ in 2016.
