Former Stefana Steelworks

The challenge was to demolish an industrial area of immense dimensions, in record time, to prepare for the construction of the new Esselunga facility. This former steelworks was the centre of a heavy steel processing industry, hence the need for a zero-impact demolition; Despe completed the works by operating in six different areas simultaneously, using a fleet of machines and equipment unique across the globe.
