The challenge was to be able to demolish the chimney stack, in poor condition with deep fissures, without an adequate site area around it. Despe chose to use the 'Demo Sky Control' a radio-video controlled excavator suspended from a tower crane that shattered the chimney from the top down without creating any stress.
