We used a mix of technologies to perform the demolition, strip out and deconstruction of the Hotel, with around 2,000 sqm floorspace located at a height of 300 metres overlooking the sea, and comprised of different types of buildings, and built a scaffolding plus a protection net on 3 sides of the building to guarantee that nothing could fall from the building.
